Like many other clients may feel, I was not sure what to expect from my session with Kiersten. All I can say is WHOA! And WOW! It was an experience - quite beyond my expectations!

Kiersten is truly phenomenal. She started our session by explaining the fundamentals of Akashic Records and Soul alignment and the rest was just amazing! When I met with Kiersten, I brought my problem of shame and guilt from being sexually abused as a young boy. I felt like everyone knew about this incident and that they were using it to put me down, treat me like trash, and even as an excuse to leave me. During the session though, my entire outlook on this changed. 

      

After dealing with that issue, I had a follow up session in which I dealt with my weight. I have been using it as a shield to not have to do things and as an excuse when things didn’t go right. The way I view my weight changed as I went through this second session and now I am working at and changing it every day. 

Going thru these 2 sessions, Kiersten was honest, straight forward, and well versed in the words to say and bring out the emotions and feelings that were causing the blockages in myself. She made it easy and comfortable to make these changes and to realign myself to my true being.
